About the Program
The Duapa Agri Graduate Talent Program (GTP) is a bold initiative designed to identify, develop, and integrate high-potential graduates into Duapa Agri’s fast-growing agribusiness value chain. This program offers hands-on exposure across operations, with the goal of shaping future leaders in agriculture, trade, and impact-driven development.
Program Objectives
- Provide practical exposure to business operations in agriculture, processing, trade, and development.
- Equip young graduates with real-world skills, Duapa’s culture, and leadership values.
- Offer top-performing interns direct employment opportunities in suitable roles at Duapa Agri.
Program Structure
- Phase 1: Graduate Internship Placement (3 months)
Assigned as Graduate Assistants across departments to shadow and support daily operations. - Phase 2: Training & Evaluation (3 months)
Structured training, mentorship, project-based work, and performance evaluations. - Phase 3: Final Selection & Placement (Ongoing)
- High-performing interns will be offered permanent roles.
Eligibility Criteria
- Ghanaian national under 28 years
- Bachelor’s degree or HND with minimum Second Class Upper honours from a recognized institution
- Completed National Service within the last 2 years
- Studied a program relevant to agribusiness, trade, or development
- No prior formal employment
- Demonstrated interest in agriculture, trade, or development
- Finance applicants must complete an aptitude test
What We Offer
- Monthly stipend: GHS 1,500 – 2,000 (based on qualification, skills, department)
